At the beginning of the summer we had a bad storm. This is what my garden looked like after it passed. Not sure what would recover and what wouldn't I watered it then left it for a week or so.
The above picture 'center' is the leftover 'sticks' from my pepper plants. No leaves left. behind them is the lettuce, flattened.
In front of the fence was flowers and cantaloupe. It all looked pretty depressing.
This is what all came out of it! Oh the miracles of nature! The onions never did straighten up. Nor the garlic. But they have grown some none the less!
And now the harvest is in full swing!
